Lindos is a small town on the South-East side of Rhodos island. The town consists of little white houses, beautiful to see. In the 6th century b.c. the old Greek people built a tempel on the highest point of the hill near Lindos town. There are still remains from this tempel, and other stones from the 6th, 4th, and 2nd century b.c.
You are able to go the Greek way by riding up to the Acropolis on a donkey! It only costs 4 Euro p.p. and it is a totally new experience! Plus you don't have to walk all the way up!
Here you will find pictures of Lindos and the Acropolis.
